Deutsche Aircraft has named Indian partners to supply key airframe components for its next-generation regional jet.
On November 11, 2025 Deutsche Aircraft said three Indian firms, including Dynamatic, will manufacture D328eco rear fuselages for the D328eco regional airliner as the company scales production for European and international markets. The move formally expands Deutsche Aircraft’s global supply chain for the programme.
The announcement highlights growing cross-border collaboration in aerospace manufacturing. Deutsche Aircraft — the German company behind the D328eco — is outsourcing rear fuselage work to partners in India to speed production, reduce lead times and share costs. The deal covers structural assemblies and outfitting steps rather than final assembly.
Rear fuselages are a structurally and aerodynamically critical section of any regional airliner. For a new type like the D328eco, reliable suppliers for those components help keep certification timelines and serial production on track. Deutsche Aircraft framed the partnership as a way to strengthen industrial capacity while supporting export markets.
Deutsche Aircraft did not disclose the names of the two additional Indian companies in its November 11 statement, nor did it provide a production timetable or volumes in the initial announcement. The company said the partnership supports the D328eco’s rollout to European and wider global operators and is part of a broader strategy to diversify suppliers.
As the program progresses toward entry into service, supply-chain moves like this will be watched closely by prospective operators and industry analysts. For now, the November 11, 2025 agreement marks a clear step toward industrialising the D328eco programme and bringing more international partners into the build chain.
