Spirit Airlines (IATA: NK, ICAO: NKS) began operating the sole nonstop connection between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) on November 21, 2025. The service runs three times weekly using Airbus A320-family aircraft, giving travelers a faster option than itineraries requiring connections.

The carrier said this new link marks its 24th international destination from FLL — the most of any operator at the airport — and aims to strengthen direct U.S.–Central America connectivity for both leisure and business traffic.
