Delta Air Lines (IATA: DL, ICAO: DAL) will operate a daily Atlanta–Prague nonstop starting May 15, 2026.
Delta confirmed a new daily nonstop between Atlanta Hartsfield–Jackson (ATL) and Václav Havel Prague Airport (PRG), with the inaugural flight scheduled for May 15, 2026. The carrier plans to operate the service using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, reinstating Delta’s presence in the Czech Republic after a multi-year hiatus.
The route is aimed at both business and leisure travelers, increasing US–Central Europe connectivity from Delta’s Atlanta hub. Frequency is daily, offering one direct option each day between Atlanta and Prague and simplifying connections across Delta’s North American network.
Passengers can expect the long-range 767-300ER to offer a standard two-cabin layout on this transatlantic sector. While exact flight numbers and departure times were not announced, Delta says tickets go on sale this week and the service is part of its broader international growth plan for 2026.
The new link arrives amid rising demand for US–Central Europe travel and follows network adjustments made across the industry in recent years. For Prague, the return of a large U.S. carrier provides a boost for tourism and corporate ties, while Atlanta regains a direct gateway to Central Europe from its major U.S. hub.
Delta’s announcement signals confidence in summer 2026 transatlantic demand. Travelers interested in the first flights should watch Delta’s booking channels when fares go live this week and check SkyTeam and airport schedules for the confirmed flight number and departure times as the launch date approaches.
