Satair lavatory faucets: Satair on October 15, 2025 announced an exclusive multi‑year global distribution agreement for mechanical lavatory faucets used on Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft.
Satair, an Airbus Services company, said the October 15, 2025 agreement with German manufacturer Groth Luftfahrt & Systemtechnik gives the Airbus aftermarket a single-source, OEM‑approved supply of interchangeable mechanical lavatory faucets for A320 and A330 families.
The deal covers supply for retrofit and in‑service upgrades across A320 (single‑aisle) and A330 (widebody) fleet types, aiming to improve technical reliability, reduce ownership costs and lift passenger satisfaction. Satair will handle global distribution while Groth remains the manufacturing OEM.
The multi‑year contract is exclusive, meaning airlines and MROs (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul providers) looking for certified replacement faucets for Airbus A320 and A330 cabin lavatories will source through Satair. The components are described as OEM‑approved and interchangeable, simplifying spares management and retrofits for operators.
For airlines running mixed Airbus fleets, standardized, approved parts can reduce ground time and inventory overhead. The agreement also aligns with Satair’s wider strategy to expand aftermarket offerings that complement Airbus operator support services.
While the announcement did not list pricing or firm volumes, operators can expect Satair to integrate the faucets into its catalog and distribution channels in the coming months. Airlines and MROs interested in retrofit kits or supplier qualification should contact Satair or Groth for technical data and delivery lead times.
